C. Wayne Williams, the founder and owner of Care Connect Lead brings a wealth of experience to the company, with 25 years in professional counseling and 45 years in ministry leadership. This extensive background is complemented by a strong family foundation, including a 50-year marriage to Donna Williams, who provides valuable administrative support. Together, they have nurtured a family that spans three generations, including four children, ten grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
